On 3^rd January 2005, Housing Enterprise “INSTALBUD" Sp. z o.o. located in Rzeszów was divided in the way of transfer of its assets into two newly incorporated separate companies: "INSTALBUD" Sp. z o.o. located in Rzeszów and the competitive „INSTALBUD -RZESZÓW” Sp. z o.o. located in Rzeszów.

INSTALBUD Sp. z o.o. offers, as their key area of business, a full range of services related to implementation of construction and installation investments as General Contractor.

We work in the field of:

• Multifamily housing – General Contractor and design,
• Public buildings and infrastructure - General Contractor,
• Civil engineering (environmental facilities), high volume and industrial constructions, specialist objects, external networks, specialized work (sheet piling, controlled drilling, strengthening of trenches, specialist welding works),
• Renovation and modernization of existing buildings.
