History

The activities of the company started on 1^st July 1989, when it was legally registered in the District Court in Rzeszów, under the name of P.B.M "INSTALBUD" Sp. z o.o. with the registration number RHB 575

Since the beginning of its operation the company has been involved in implementation of many large investments, both in Poland and abroad (e.g. in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Algeria, and France) both as general contractor and as subcontractor. In the period of 2008-2010 sales amounted to an average of 60 million zlotys.

In January 2005 there was a legal reorganization of P.B.M. "INSTALBUD" Sp. z o.o. by division of the company and registration of two new companies, one of them under the name of “INSTALBUD" Sp. z o.o. with the registration number KRS 0000225505. The previous domestic and export activity did not change.
